Cancellation Requests
Once a course enrollment is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellations are not permitted by default. However, you may raise a cancellation request by emailing care@vispay.in with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation.
Cohort Courses — Cancellation Window
For cohort-based (live) courses, a cancellation request submitted at least 48 hours before the cohort start date will be considered for a full refund. Requests made after the cohort has started will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Self-Paced Courses
Since self-paced courses grant immediate access to course content upon payment, cancellation requests will only be approved if you have not accessed a substantial portion of the course material (please see the Return & Refund Policy for refund eligibility).
Review & Approval
All cancellation requests are reviewed internally by our team on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the stage of course delivery and the reason provided.
Non-Cancellable Cases
- Change of mind after significant course content has been accessed
- Cohort sessions already attended or in progress
- Certificates already issued
Final Decision
All decisions regarding cancellation are final and binding, based on our internal evaluation.
