Introduction

By accessing or using this website (vispay.in and its VisPay Education section), you ("User", "Learner") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Course Enrollment

Enrollment in a VisPay Education course is confirmed only after successful payment. Course fees, duration, curriculum and format (self-paced or cohort) are as displayed on the course page at the time of enrollment and may be updated for future cohorts without affecting learners already enrolled.

Use of the Website

Course content, videos, materials, assessments and certificates are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written permission. Sharing your login credentials or course access with another person is not permitted.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued only after you meet the applicable course requirements (for example, completing modules and passing the final assessment, where applicable). Certificates are provided digitally and include a verification reference.

No Warranties

Course content is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep course material accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that completing a course will result in any specific certification, job outcome, or exam result. Third-party certification exams (where referenced) are governed by the respective certifying body's own terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including course videos, text, graphics, logos and course structure — is owned by Vedagna Info Solutions Private Limited and/or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Vedagna Info Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or course content, including any interruption to a live cohort session due to technical issues outside our reasonable control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate a learner's access to a course in case of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment, or misuse of course content, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Hyderabad, India.
