Overview
Since VisPay Education courses are digital educational services, this policy outlines when refunds are and are not available.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made for the same course
- Technical error on our end that prevented course access
- Cohort course cancelled by VisPay Education before the start date
- Self-paced course cancellation requested before accessing a substantial portion of the content (see Cancellation Policy)
Where approved, a 100% refund of the course fee will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email care@vispay.in within 48 hours of identifying the issue, including your enrollment details, payment reference and reason for the request.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after substantial course content has been accessed or completed
- Failure to complete the course within the access period due to reasons attributable to the learner
- Certificates already issued
- Live cohort sessions already attended
Review & Approval
All refund requests are subject to internal review. Approval is not guaranteed and each case is assessed individually; our decision is final and binding.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
