Delivery Policy

Introduction

VisPay Education primarily delivers digital, online courses. This Delivery Policy explains how course access, materials and certificates are provided to you after enrollment.

Digital Course Access

Course access is granted within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, and typically instantly for self-paced courses. You will receive a confirmation email with login details and instructions to access your course dashboard.

Cohort-Based Courses

For cohort-based programs, access to live sessions and materials begins on the official cohort start date communicated at the time of enrollment, even if payment was completed earlier.

Certificates

Digital certificates are issued electronically to your registered email address, typically within 5–7 business days of successfully completing all course requirements.

Physical Materials (if applicable)

For any course that includes optional physical materials (such as printed study kits, where offered), delivery is made via courier across India within an estimated 5–7 business days for metro cities and 7–10 business days for other locations, subject to logistics. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Delays

While we aim to provide timely access and delivery, delays may occur due to technical issues, payment gateway processing time, or (for physical materials) logistics constraints and factors beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays but will keep you informed.

Incorrect Details

Please ensure your email address and (where applicable) shipping address are accurate at the time of enrollment. We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery of access credentials or materials due to incorrect information provided by you.
